We hired Riverdell at the end of 2009 to remodel our kitchen, dining room and wet bar. Matt was upfront with us about options, costs and timeframes. The project started on the day he promised and we have someone working on the project almost everyday. Part way through the project, we decided to add replacement of all of our windows. Matt Bryant was the general contractor on our riverside house in Medford, Oregon, and the subsequent building that went up, as a result of the delight we had on finishing the first. We are well travelled, spoilt people with high standards (some may even say demanding!). Matt was able to take care of anything we threw at him, he had very professional subcontractors, and they and he checked that work was completed to their high standards before we ever inspected anything. The result of this attention to detail was that there was no discord, and when the occasional thing happened that we did not care for, he took care of it immediately. It appeared to my husband and I that he wanted us to have the house that we had dreamed of, no matter what. I would unconditionally recommend him for any project, having seen (and been entertained in) a number of the widely different houses he has built, and by the way, he is still on extremely friendly terms with all the clients of his that I have met.

We have hired Riverdell for numerous projects and have been thrilled with every single job. The company built our main house of 3800 sq. feet. Then they built an entire outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and BBQ. Then we hired them to do an expansion on the main house with a gym and a wine cellar. We followed that up with the building out of an attic to create a kids' play area. Finally, they helped us construct a pond. Every time the job was done well and completed on time, if not earlier. When we were quoted a price, it never fluctuated. They were professional, organized, mindful of budgets as well as taste and the job site was always clean and tidy.
