Here’s how we work:
I. Exploration and Inspiration
During our first meeting, we will discuss your specific goals, lifestyle, and budget. We can help you acquire land and guide you through the development process. Based on your unique preferences we will make recommendations for the design process that will inspire you. Visit our project gallery for inspiration.
II. Design, Customize & Price
Now it is time to design. We will work out the details of the design you bring us or refer you to talented architects and designers. We have built many plans, every one designed and customized to complement our customer’s lives. We know every dollar counts, so we will work within your budget to create the home you desire. We keep the budget easily accessible through the process so there are no surprises.
III. Finalize your Plan
Now that you have your house plan, it is time to finish up the paperwork. We will dive into the details of your site and discuss unique characteristics and the permitting process. Then you will select your material and interior details. Prior to the start of construction, we will meet with you to go over every detail of your home and make sure we are all on the same page.
IV. Building (the really fun part)
There is nothing more groundbreaking then actually breaking ground on your new home! From that moment on we will keep in close communication with you about the process. Technology has enhanced this communication process, so whether you are local or out of town, we keep our clients informed via meetings, calls, emails, videos and photos. Our true craftsmanship and 20+ years of experience really starts to emerge as we build. By this stage we hope we have made you feel that your home is in very good hands.
V. You’re Home
Moving into your new home is exciting. By now we have done multiple walk-throughs and have confirmed that the house is in immaculate condition. All projects are professionally cleaned and prepared for move-in. After move-in we will repair any damages or issues that occurred. We are only a phone call away between move-in and your warranty period. We are happy to help our customers with any concerns they may have. We are proud that a large part of our business over the years has come from client referrals and returning customers.
